The simple tempe bacem recipe that tastes amazing
Materials / Seasonings:

10 pieces of triangle tempe leaf wrap
1 teak leaves, torn
2 bay leaves
3 cm galangal, dimemarkan
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups of salt tea
500 ml of young coconut water
2 tablespoons margarine for spread

Ground spices :

4 cloves garlic
6 onion grains
2 grains of pecan, roasted
1/2 teaspoon coriander

How to make bacem tempe:
Mix tempe, coconut water, teak leaves, bay leaf, galangal, brown sugar, salt, and spices. Stir well. Boil over low heat until cooked and soaked.

Fry briefly in cooking oil that has been heated until browned.

Bacem tempe ready to serve !!!
