BOHROMROM
Ingredients :
2 ounces Glutinous rice flour
Enough water
Salt to taste
Palm sugar
Sugar
Grated coconut
Pandan Dyes
How to make :
Combine glutinous rice flour with salt
Then give water, and pandan color stir until dull
Round the dough by the marbles
Press in the middle of the dough and enter the palm sugar .. Round it again until the sugar is closed.
Heat the water until it boils
Then enter the dough that has been rounded into boiling water
Wait until the dough is floating and cooked. Drain
Mix the dough that has been drained with grated coconut that has been mixed with sugar.
Bohrorom ready to serve.
