Balado Egg
Ingredients
5 chicken eggs, boiled until cooked and peeled, fried until skinned
1 tomato, cut into pieces
5 pieces of orange leaf, discard
½ teaspoon Royco Chicken Broth
½ tbsp of tamarind water
Salt and sugar to taste
3 tbsp oil, for sauteing
Seasoning, crude mashed:
6 pieces of red chili
5 pieces of curly red chilli
4 cloves of red onion
How to Cook
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the spice that has been crushed roughly until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and lime leaves, cook until the tomatoes wither.
Enter eggs, salt, sugar, and Royco Chicken Broth, mix well.
Last input of Javanese acid water and mix well.
Balado eggs are ready to serve
