THE RECIPES OF MERCON CHICKEN CUISINE

Ingredients / spices:
ü  1 chicken, cut 20 parts
ü  1 teaspoon lime juice
ü  the oil for frying
ü  2 bay leaves
ü  2 pieces of orange leaves, discarded bones
ü  2 stalks of lemongrass, whitened, smudged
ü  2 cm galangal, dimemarkan
ü  1/2 teaspoon salt
ü  1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
ü  1 teaspoon brown sugar
ü  250 ml chicken broth
ü  3 tablespoons oil, for sauteing

Rough Crude Seasonings:
 
ü  4 large red peppers
ü  7 pieces of curly red chilli
ü  10 pieces of red pepper
ü  1 teaspoon ebi, brewed hot water, roasted
ü  7 grains of red onion
ü  3 cloves of garlic
 
How to make:
 
ü  Spread the chicken with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and lemon juice for 10 minutes. Fry with oil that has been heated until browned
ü  Heat the oil. Saute the rough mashed seasoning, bay leaf, lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal until fragrant. Enter the chicken. Stir well.
ü  Add the remaining salt, pepper powder, and brown sugar. Stir well.

ü  Pour the broth. Cook until cooked and sauce stay a little.
