Balado Eggplant Recipe
Material:
4 pcs of purple eggplant
ü 6 cloves of red onion
ü 4 cloves garlic
ü 5 curly peppers (subtract if not too
spicy)
ü 10 large red peppers
ü 2 pcs of tomatoes
ü Salt and sugar to taste
How to make:
1. Slice the purple eggplant each into 4
sections approximately 10cm, each piece cut into four pieces.
2. Soak the eggplant slices into the water
to keep the eggplant from changing color. Then fried until cooked.
3. Peeled onions and garlic. Prepare curly
peppers, large red peppers, and tomatoes. Ulek until smooth then add sugar and
salt according to taste
4. After the spice is smooth and the
eggplant is cooked, saute the spices with oil that has been heated to fragrant.
Then input the eggplant and stir until evenly distributed.
