How to receive a call well in the world of work
1. Definition of Telephone Ethics
Telephony etiquette is etiquette, courtesy, arrangement in phone (receive-make phone call) which include speaking clearly, firmly, friendly, warm and friendly.
2. The essentials of calling ethics are

   
- Do not let the phone ring 2-3 times immediately pick up.
   
- Listen to the talk partner and concentrate on the caller (not daydreaming).
   
- Speak politely and warmly, avoiding words that can offend the caller's feelings.
   
- Give the appropriate response and straightforward.

- When the caller asks someone else, ask for the name and identity of the person being searched.
   
- If the intended person is not present then politely advise and offer the caller to leave a message.
   
- After completing the call with the caller should say hello, and do not put the receiver before the caller, wait until the handset is placed or the phone is closed for two or three seconds if the caller.

- Press the destination phone number and when it is connected and the destination is gone, say greetings. Before expressing the intent and purpose make sure that the intended number is correct.
  
- Mention your identity clearly and then present your desire to talk to the intended person.

5. How to use a good phone

   
- Handle the phone properly with your right hand, attach the phone to your ear properly, preferably the microphone should not be too close to the mouth.
    
- Try to breathe us when talking on the phone does not sound like a grunt.
    
- Say greeting.

<> Use "Smiling Voice" and "Pitch Control" during the conversation.

6. Things that should not be done during communication using the phone

  
- The sound is too loud.
  
- Talk on the phone while eating or clucking.
  
- Talk to other people while talking on the phone.
  
- Talk in a rough or snappy tone.
  
- Speaking in a commanding tone.
  
- Keeps callers waiting too long without explanation.
  
- Tone and intonation seem lazy or unfriendly.
